Ultholmschule

With only about 120 pupils at Ultholm-Schule in St. Peter-Ording,  prospects are excellent for a strong academic career, especially because the main subjects are taught in smaller classes, where each student receives individual attention and instruction.

At "our" elementary school, we place an emphasis on physical-, cultural-, and nature-oriented education. The school grounds, as well as a physical education classroom,  were especially designed to promote physical activities and develop their motor skills. Another strong feature of the programme is offered in the form of health education and the development center for children with learning disabilities.

By assigning them responsibilities like caring for flowers, or helping teachers organize and supervise recess breaks, the school aims to instill a sense of responsibility in their pupils at an early age.

The school building is wheelchair accessible. In addition to the physical education classroom, the school has a carpentry workshop, a school kitchen, and a parent-run store on campus that  promotes "healthy nutrition".
